PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES
The staff at BB/LM understand that raising a child with special needs can be challenging and overwhelming at times, often taking an emotional toll on parents and other family members. BB/LM offers psychotherapy in a variety of formats to address a wide range of issues often faced by families in this unique situation.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists conduct all of BB/LM psychotherapy services. Psychotherapy services are offered through various methods:

BB/LM utilizes different therapeutic orientations to meet the unique preferences and needs of each family. Therapy at BB/LM addresses a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

PRIVATE PAY SERVICES
If your family does not qualify to receive support from the regional centers, or if the services you are seeking are not covered by your health insurance, BB/LM offers all services through private pay.
All services are offered privately. By using this option for services, BB/LM is able to offer additional services tailored to meet the specific needs of each family. These services include, but are not limited to:

Facilitated play-groups or dyads

Support on community outings
-
Parent education/consultation
Charges for services are on a “sliding fee scale” based on family income.
